This policy explains what information the Interactive Therapy Solutions Inc. website (yourtherapyhome.com) collects and how we use it. We keep the site simple and collect as little as we can.
This website is not your child’s health record
This website is not how we handle patient health records. Protected health information is covered by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Families can request a copy from our office.
Please don’t send medical details, diagnoses or insurance ID numbers through our website forms.
Information you choose to send us
Contact form. When you send a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and your message. The form emails this to our practice, and a copy is stored in our website’s database. We use it only to respond to you.
Job application form. When you apply to work with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the role you’re applying for, your message, your resume and, for fieldwork students, an optional university. Your application is emailed privately to our practice, and a copy, including your resume, is stored on our website so we can review it. We use it only to review your application and contact you about it.
We don’t sell or rent the information you send us.
The 1-Minute Check-In quiz
Our “Free 1-Minute Check-In” runs entirely in your web browser. Your answers are not sent to us, saved, or shared with anyone. When you leave or refresh the page, your answers are gone. The quiz is general information only, not an evaluation or diagnosis.
Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies, which are the small files needed for the site to work and stay secure (for example, when site staff log in to manage the website). We don’t use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. We don’t use Google Analytics, we don’t show ads, and we don’t have a live chat tool.
How the website runs
- Hosting. The site is built with WordPress and hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, Hostinger may keep standard technical records, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect its servers.
- Speed. We use Hostinger’s LiteSpeed cache to make pages load faster.
- Search. We use the Rank Math SEO plugin to help search engines understand our pages. We don’t use it to track visitors.
Google Maps and social media links
Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Maps map. When that page loads, Google receives information from your browser, such as your IP address, and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy covers how Google uses that information.
Our site also links to our Facebook, Instagram and Google pages. When you follow those links, you leave our website, and those companies’ privacy policies apply.
Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for parents and guardians. It is not meant for children to send us information. If you believe a child has sent us information through the site, please contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information sent through our website. However, no website or email is completely secure, which is another reason to keep health details out of website forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete a message or application you sent through the website. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. The site will still work, though logging in may not.
