About Interactive Therapy Solutions
Interactive Therapy Solutions is a pediatric therapy practice in North Miami Beach serving children and young adults ages 0–21. We support children in building the skills they need to participate in daily life at home, at school, and in the community.
We offer occupational therapy and speech therapy. Sessions take place at our clinic, through teletherapy, and at select partner schools.

Our founder
Antonia Thomas, OTR/L, BCBA
As the founder of Interactive Therapy Solutions, established in 2012, I bring over 15 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, along with my background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My approach combines clinical reasoning, creativity, purposeful play, and an understanding of behavior and learning to support children’s development and independence.
I believe in looking beyond a diagnosis to understand each child’s strengths and the challenges affecting their participation in everyday life. Collaboration with families and educators is central to my practice, helping ensure that therapy addresses meaningful needs at home, at school, and in the community.
At Interactive Therapy Solutions, we’ve created a welcoming environment where children can explore, learn, and develop skills. For me, progress isn’t simply what a child accomplishes during therapy, but how those skills carry over into everyday life.

Our therapists bring diverse backgrounds, clinical experience, and individual strengths to the care they provide. We believe in meeting children where they are, recognizing their abilities, and working closely with families to support meaningful progress.

We focus on the everyday activities that matter to your child and family, such as self-care, play, school tasks, and mealtimes, consistent with AOTA’s practice framework.

We build on what your child already does well.
Individualized
Each plan is based on a comprehensive evaluation and your family’s priorities.
Family-centered
We explain our goals and recommendations and share strategies you can use at home.
Our work is guided by the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Occupational Therapy Practice Framework and, for speech services, resources from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Our mission
